South coast baseline (phase I) marine protected area (MPA) final report characterizing abundance, size structure, habitat preference and movement for California spiny lobster (Panulirus interruptus) in and around MPAs from Point Vicente to La Jolla, CA. This project and report were completed in fulfillment of CA Sea Grant R/MPA-25.
