Description:
The Suspended and Ineligible List is a list reflecting all providers of service who the Department has suspended. Pursuant to Welfare and Institution Code sections 14123, subdivision (a) (convictions), 14123, subdivision (b) (federal exclusions) and 14043.6 (license loss) these suspensions are automatic and non-discretionary.
