Order 97-52, Monitoring and Reporting Program, Section F, list the information required in the Recycled Water Use Summary.  In the Recycled Water Use Summaries, the following items were missing:    Trabuco Canyon Water District ?   1.The number of inspections and violations noted at each site.  2.Title 22 level of treated waste water delivered to the recycled water use sites.

Several transcription errors were noted in the self-monitoring reports for December 2010 and January 2011. [Provision VI.A.1 (Attachment D, Section III.A)]
